About Mei Mei
Uniquely New England Chinese dumplings rooted in tradition and filled with next-level ingredients that blend nostalgic and unexpected flavors. Mei Mei works with local New England farms and producers to source seasonal, ethical ingredients. Co-founded in 2012 by James Beard Award-winning chef Irene Li with her two older siblings; in 2020 Irene teamed up with Babson MBA graduates Alyssa Lee and Annie Campbell to transform the business into a Dumpling Factory & Classroom in South Boston, where over 5000+ students have been taught in person and virtually.
