About Mindemann Farms
Mindemann Farms raises purebred Angus cattle in small groups on a grain and hay diet, with no added hormones or antibiotics. Sides are dry aged at the butcher for about two weeks and processed at a state inspected locker plant. They also plant and harvest 1900 acres of field corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, and hay.
