Rosa's Tamales, made by Morales Homemade LLC, follows a secret family recipe from Guanajuato, Mexico. Varieties include red (pork, red sauce), green (chicken, jalapeño-tomatillo sauce), rajas (jalapeños and cheese, no meat), and a dessert tamale with sugar, raisins, pineapple and coconut. Tamales are $2 each or $24 a dozen.
