Morning Birds Bakery has been an institution at the Clark Fork River Market since 2007, offering pastries and baked goods to the Missoula community. They acquired Bagels on Broadway at the end of 2022 and continue offering its bagel recipes, boiled and baked with rotating whipped cream cheeses. In summer they partner with local farms to create farm-to-table treats.
