At Morning Dew Mushrooms and Micros, we cultivate gourmet mushrooms and microgreens that are shared with talented chefs, locals, and visitors throughout Idaho and Wyoming. Our mushrooms are organically grown without pesticides and fertilizers on an in house, all-natural substrate, cultivated year-round in the Tetons. Our microgreens are organically grown and harvested daily to provide our area with fresh, local greens.
