MyoLean Piedmontese Beef raises naturally lean and tender Piedmontese beef in the rolling hills of northeast Nebraska, without artificial growth hormones or antibiotics. They offer a variety of retail cuts from ground beef to brisket, as well as quarters, halves and whole beef. Cattle are raised on small family farms, vegetarian fed (grasses and grains), and raised naturally with careful attention to each animal's welfare.
