Dave and Sonia run a diversified socially responsible farm focused on nutrient dense foods, herbal teas, Apple Cider Vinegar and Fuego Cider. Everything is made by hand in small batches at their commercial kitchen, using their own certified biodynamic produce and grass-fed meats, adding only organic ingredients. Certified biodynamic by Demeter.
