Located west of Minneapolis in Maple Plain, Jeff Nistler farms 60 acres around the farm he grew up on. Nistler Farms grows exceptional sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, winter squash and pumpkins in organically managed greenhouses and fields with limited commercial inputs and no synthetic herbicides, fungicides or insecticides. Jeff also makes and sells seasonal squash, rhubarb and tomato breads at the market.
