Heirloom baking techniques date back over 100 years, influenced by owner Leslie Noble's grandmother Fowler. Pies contain very low amounts of sugar, use high quality flour sustainably grown and milled in the north east, and a flaky all-butter crust from grass fed cows. No preservatives.
