About Obour Foods
Founded in late 2017 by Elliot Sharifi, who left a finance career in San Francisco and now leads a team of 35 as Chief Hummus Officer. Obour makes hummus, tahini, pita chips and other Mediterranean-inspired items, prepared fresh each week, in small batches, at their commercial kitchen in San Francisco's Bayview District, with a zero-compromise approach to sourcing.
