About Old Tavern Farm
Old Tavern Farm Distillery was founded to produce the highest quality New York farm spirits, using 100% New York grains picked up from farms in neighboring counties. Spirits are distilled locally and whiskeys aged on their Saratoga farm in barrels from local cooper Adirondack Cooperage, made in small batches at their Granary tasting room and rick house in Stillwater, NY.
