About Omiso
Inspired by traditional Japanese methods of miso fermentation, Omiso marries selected organic fresh rice koji with the best organic soybeans available in the US, fermenting miso from 3 months to 2 years+ to recreate country-style miso. Products include Omiso Paste, Instant Omiso Soup (Tororo, Nori, Goma, Italian Garlic, Pink Peppercorn plus seasonal flavors), and Garlic Miso Glaze blending red miso, garlic, sesame oil and ginger. Founded by Ai Fujimoto, born and raised in Japan.
