They make handcrafted seasoning sea salt blends and salt-free herb medleys, 6 kinds of single-origin garlic powders, black garlic, smoked garlic, cured garlic bulbs, green garlic, and garlic scapes. They also grow select vegetables, herbs, and starter plants, collect pasture-raised eggs, and raise grass-fed lamb using regenerative practices like holistic grazing, composting, hügelkultur, crop rotation, and cover cropping.
