A family operated ranch led by Jim and Donna Pacheco with their four children William, Daniel, Elizabeth and David. The family tradition began 3 generations ago in Achadinha, Portugal and Vallejo, California. In Petaluma since 1969, they milk 50 Jersey and Holstein cows to make their own farmstead cheeses, and also raise beef cows, pigs, sheep and chickens.
