About Pain D'Avignon
Pain d'Avignon began as a small boulangerie on Cape Cod in 1992, using only flour, water, salt, and Old World technique. Some breads take up to 36 hours to produce. Now includes bakeries/cafés, restaurants, a Pizza Lab, and a roastery in Hyannis, Chatham, and Osterville, with daily delivery to over 250 accounts including grocery, natural food markets, stadiums, casinos, universities and Michelin-starred restaurants. Bread is also available at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Stop & Shop.
