Paratta brings premium South Asian street food to Los Angeles from a takeaway kitchen and food truck, wrapping chicken tikka, paneer tikka, chicken malai boti and Bihari kabab in hand-made 9" lachha parathas made daily in-house. Everything uses halal-certified meat and premium ingredients. Founded by Zara & Asim; takeaway and truck service are temporarily paused for the next phase.
