About Pavel’s Garden
Our market garden is located on four acres in Oldham County, Kentucky. We lease land from Foxhollow Farm - a biodynamic grass fed beef farm. The goal of our garden is to supply fresh, healthy and delicious produce to our community by using natural growing methods and avoiding conventional fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides. Fertility comes from farm-made compost and green manuring (cover cropping), with crop rotation and diverse plantings to support a thriving ecosystem.
