Pelz is modeled after a small pelmeni shop in Juneau AK, using the same Alaskan style toppings: butter, red wine vinegar, Sriracha, curry powder, cilantro, sour cream and a slice of rye bread. Toppings can be opted out of, or dairy free butter and sour cream can be opted into.
