About Pickled Chef
Started in 2014 out of the kitchen at the Farm to Table Restaurant by Chef Greg Andrews, his wife Ashlee and her mother Deb Driggers. Hand packs small batch pickles, pickled vegetables, sauces and condiments, jams and jellies, raw fermented kim chi and sauerkrauts, and fresh dressings, spreads and snacks using Chef Greg's recipes and local produce.
