About Pittsburgher Highland Farm
When Mark Harvey Smith started raising Highland cattle as a hobby in 2008, he never thought it would grow into the farm it is today. He partnered with Dana O'Connor in 2014 to create Pittsburgher Highland Farm and together they decided to sell 100% grass-fed beef to the wider Pittsburgh community. 142-acres, restored through rotational grazing.
