Founded by the Lee brothers (Dennis, David, Daniel) and Jeff Kim, who previously ran the acclaimed restaurant Namu Gaji. Offers seven core flavors: Classic, Ube White Chocolate, Matcha, Chocolate, Black Sesame, S'more, and Breakfast, all naturally gluten-free and made with mochiko rice flour. Also serves Four Barrel espresso, Dopo Panna lattes, and organic ceremonial-grade Kyoto Uji matcha lattes.
