Prather Ranch raises cattle on open pastures with no hormones, using regenerative agriculture practices. Its certified humane beef is dry-aged a minimum of 14-21 days in its own processing facility. A legacy heritage ranch operating on approximately 34,000 acres in five north-state counties, it has encumbered over 50% of its land with a conservation easement. Its closed herd also supplies bovine materials including collagen, hides, bones, and blood for medical, pharmaceutical, and biological industries from an ISO certified and GMP facility.
