Raven & Boar raises heritage breed pigs (Large Black, Gloucester Old Spot, Red Wattle, Berkshire, Tamworth, Mulefoot, Hereford) on open pasture and forest, fed grains, grass, vegetables, fruits and foraged roots and acorns. Partners with Hudson Valley Charcuterie to produce small batch artisanal charcuterie and sausages exclusively from their own pigs. USDA processed, available year round.
