Red Kettle Foods makes small-batch kimchi and pickles that bring fresh Maine ingredients and time-honored Asian fermentation traditions together in a blend of sour, sweet, spice, and umami. The kimchi is always naturally fermented, never pasteurized, and full of probiotics. 100% of products are made with at least one Maine-sourced ingredient year-round.
