About Reid Angus
Reid Angus is a family farm in Frankford, Delaware offering dry-aged natural Black Angus steaks, roasts, ground beef, processed products and dog bones. Cattle are initially 100 percent grass-fed on Sudangrass, then finished on grain for the final 5-6 months including wheat, barley, corn and brewers' grain from local microbrews. All beef is dry-aged in refrigeration for 21 days. Available at farmers' markets in the Summer months, via custom beef packages and 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 steer orders.
