About Renee by the Bay
"The recipes we cook, and the love we bake into every moment bonds family and friends." Renee Dolley recalls her grandmother's tourtière pie during the Holidays and Maine Wild Blueberry Pie in the summer. Her goal is to recreate the magic that happens when the best ingredients are baked inside the best buttery crust, where respect for the ingredients allows them to speak for themselves. She bakes this philosophy into every pie.
