Rooted Revival grows fresh microgreens locally, harvesting them at their peak and bringing them straight to market. As a minority LGBTQ-owned business, this work is rooted in care — for ourselves, for our community, and for the food we share. We grow a rotating selection of microgreens, including pea shoots, sunflower, red cabbage, mustard, and Swiss chard — each offering its own texture, color, and flavor.
