About Rudy's Bees and Honey
Rudy's Bees and Honey is run by David Rudisil and his wife Rusty, who started with three hives at Clinton Lake and expanded to Mascoutin Campground and Weldon Springs State Park in partnership with the Illinois Department of Conservation. They sell pure raw honey, never heated, only screened, retaining natural pollen and enzymes, plus deep and medium nucs of five frames of bees, brood, and honey.
