About Rustic Rock Maple
Rustic Rock Maple Farm features 3,000 taps set in a diverse woodlot of Sugar, Black, and Red Maples. Sap flows downhill to the pump house, where it is collected and filtered before going to the sugar house — up to 77,000 gallons of sap and 1,100 gallons of syrup in a good season. Order online with shipping or pick up at the sugar house. Open by appointment only; group tours available.
