About Salsa Revolution / Aguas Frescas
Angie Bonilla started Salsa Revolution in 2011 selling salsas at the Bartonville, Texas Farmers Market, carrying on a family tradition encouraged by her aunt Lydia. She trained through Texas A&M University with Dr. Al Wagner, submitted each salsa for state lab testing, and received Texas and FDA approval. The salsas are made and manufactured in a commercial kitchen.
