Sankow's Beaver Brook Farm has been owned by the Sankow family in Lyme, CT since 1917. Suzanne and Stan Sankow raise about 600 sheep and 10 Jersey cows on 165 acres, making sheep's milk cheese, selling raw milk, and crafting hand-spun wool into vests, socks, sweaters, and blankets sold in their on-site wool shop.
