About Santa Terra Brazilian Bakery
Santa Terra Bakery & Café makes authentic and tasty Brazilian breads, savory snacks, cakes and pastries, blending traditional and contemporary styles rooted in Brazilian culture and ingredients. The baker learned baking alongside her grandmother, who owned a snack shop in Bahia, Brazil, and completed courses at a culinary institute in Brazil in baking, pastry art, and bread making. After 15 years moving between Brazil and Portland, the family returned to Portland in 2021.
