About Saporito fresh pasta
Saporito was born from time spent in Artena, a small, mountainous medieval village in the Lazio region of Italy, where food is not rushed and meals are never just about eating. Saporito makes fresh pasta, runs a monthly Pasta Club featuring a special cut pasta each month, shares family recipes, and hosts pop-ups and pasta dinners.
