About Sassafras Fork Farm
Sassafras Fork's one hundred and fifty acres sits in rural Granville County, a short drive from North Carolina's Triangle region and cut by the Tar River. Two acres are devoted to cut flowers and thirty acres to pasture for cows, sheep, and chickens, with the rest in forest. A father-daughter duo, J. Ed. and Stephanie, made it a family-farming endeavor in 2011, committed to organic and sustainable practices.
