Growing has taken place at Saunderskill Farm since 1680. Saunderskill Farms is one of the few farms in the nation to have received the rare Tricentennial Award from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Market opens in early April with fresh local items, baked goods and ready-made lunches, featuring their own strawberries, greenhouse tomatoes and asparagus as the season progresses. The Bakery features cider donuts and an assortment of pastries, breads, cookies, and pies made fresh each morning. The Greenhouse opens in early April with annuals, perennials and vegetable plants.
