About Schantzenbach Farm
Schantzenbach Farms is a 5-generation, family-owned beef and hog farm offering freezer beef and pork (quarter, half, and whole) plus individual cuts sold from their farm freezer. Animals are pasture-raised on the farm with no hormones or antibiotics, fed pure spring water and 75% hay/25% non-GMO grain grown on-site. Pickup is at the farm; they also sell at the Coopersburg Farmers Market on Sundays.
