About Sciabica’s California Olive Oil
Sciabica's California Olive Oil has grown, harvested, and cold-pressed olives at their family mill since 1936, started by Nicola and Joseph Sciabica using techniques from Marsala, Sicily, now in its fifth generation under Jonathan Sciabica. Olives are cold-pressed within hours of harvest and bottled at their Modesto facility. Certified Kosher, Non-GMO, 100% California Extra Virgin.
