About Sheltered Valley Cider
A family run winery specializing in hard cider, located in a rural town in East Central Pennsylvania and nestled in the mountains, surrounded by apple orchards. Making cider to sell since the start of 2020. Apples are bought from a local fifth generation apple grower with over 60 varieties, picked as ripe as possible. Cider ferments spontaneously using only native yeast from the orchard, and is bottled full-strength and unfiltered.
