SIDIES makes hand made, small batch, lacto-fermented pickles, including SHOOR, a blend of cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, celery, and cabbage in a brine infused with herbs and garlic. Also NuTToP, an in-house artisanal blend of toasted crumbled nuts with herbs and spices, and carefully handcrafted blends of olives, olive oil, herbs and spices. Serving people at various farmers markets in Southern California for over 18 years.
