Founded in 2011 by Clyde Anhalt, Smilin' Clyde's Hot Dogs serves steamed Vienna Beef hot dogs on steamed Rosen's poppy seed buns from a retrofitted 1960s hot dog cart. Now with 4 carts, they cater parties, events and weddings, and sell at Chicago Park District Concessions locations at Columbus and Monroe in Grant Park and 6401 S. Stony Island in Jackson Park. All vegetables and toppings are fresh cut the morning of an event.
