About Smith's Country Cheese
Smith's Country Cheese has been a family-owned-and-operated, working dairy farm and creamery for over thirty years. Our 200 Holstein cows live on 43 rural acres in Winchendon, MA. We use traditional recipes and fresh, raw milk from our farm to make delicious, artisanal farmstead Gouda, cheddar, and Havarti cheeses.
