Started slangin' meats at breweries and farmers markets, now in a forever home on Irving Street, still bringing heat every weekend at SF farmers markets. Everything is smoked fresh, served a la carte, and made to travel. Signature USDA Prime brisket is smoked low and slow for over 15 hours.
