About Solano Mushroom
For more than 40 years, this family farm has cultivated mushrooms using organic growing practices; it no longer pursues certification due to rising costs and administrative requirements but continues the same sustainable practices. Mushrooms are grown, harvested, dried, and packaged entirely in the United States. Both fresh and dried mushrooms are offered, with dried mushrooms processed using a low-temperature drying method that helps preserve the natural compounds and nutritional value of the whole fruiting body.
