We are a traditional butcher shop that specializes in local meat, sausages, and smoked meat. We are Sonoma County's go to USDA-inspected and Custom Exempt meat processing facility, serving ranchers and hunters across the Bay Area. Grass-fed beef, heritage pork, and pasture raised lamb, all born and raised in California. Over 70 kinds of sausage. Retail shop open Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm at 35 Sebastopol Ave, Santa Rosa, CA.
