Spark Bagel was born out of a lifelong love of bagels and wanting to bring that love to Mid Coast Maine. Our bagels are naturally leavened, hand rolled, long fermented, and honey boiled. Inspired by tradition and infused with place, we use Maine grown and malted grains in our dough to create a sourdough bagel we are excited to share with you.
