Spira Farms grows microgreens indoors year-round, so fresh greens are always nearby, giving a 2 week shelf life on most products. All products grown on soil, under light. All greens are harvested and delivered same day. Packaging is all plant-based PLA made of plant cellulose, and all waste is composted into fertilizer. USDA GAP Certified Facility.
