About Spoonfuls Gourmet Nut Butters
Brittany, a speech therapist and peanut butter enthusiast, started making homemade nut butter after realizing "a normal jar of store bought peanut butter could probably last years in a cupboard." After positive feedback from coworkers, her husband and father-in-law built a basement production facility, and she is "still making each and every jar by hand- still scooping the peanut butter out of my processor."
