About Stamboom
Located in the upper Hood River Valley, Stamboom raises heritage breed animals under old growth oaks in rich pasture, using rotational pasturing practices. Animals are butchered in a French style of complete bone removal, then hand-made into fresh and cured meats using age-old European techniques, including sausage, salami, coppa, prosciutto, and lonzino.
