About Stangel Bison Ranch
We are the very definition of a family ranch — whether that family is bound by blood, chosen, or earned. Now in our seventh decade in Wallowa County, we are honored to steward nearly 7,000 acres and 500 head of bison at the base of Ruby Peak and the Eagle Cap Wilderness. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to live this beautiful life and to provide the same meat that nourishes our family to yours.
