About Straus Family Creamery
Straus Family Creamery has produced organic dairy for more than 30 years, sourcing milk and cream from small-scale certified organic dairy farms in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Products include milk, cream, super premium ice cream, European style butter and yogurt, Greek yogurt, kefir, sour cream, and eggnog. Their Marshall Creamery was the first in the world to receive TRUE Zero Waste Certification in 2019; the creamery relocated in 2021.
